Filipe A. N. Verri received the B.Sc. degree (Hons.) in computer science and the Ph.D. degree (Hons.) in computer science and computational mathematics from the University of São Paulo, in 2014 and 2018, respectively. He was a Visiting Scholar with the School of Electrical, Computer and Energy Engineering, Arizona State University, under the supervision of Prof. Y.-C. Lai, in 2016. He is currently an Assistant Professor with the Computer Science Division, Department of Computer Methods, ITA. His research interests include data science, machine learning, complex networks, and complex systems.
